Registered Behavior Technician -Part Time Afternoons/Evenings

As a registered behavior technician (Rbt), the primary duty is assisting board-Certified behavior analysts (Bcbas) by implementing behavior support plans for toddlers, children, and teens, which includes teaching fundamental daily skills in a 1:1 setting. Responsibilities also involve accurate clinical data collection, administrative tasks, collaborating with team members, and debriefing caregivers after each session.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid registered behavior technician credential, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with personal auto insurance. Experience working with children or teens, especially those with special needs, is required, as is the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain strong english communication skills.
