Core responsibilities

As a registered behavior technician (Rbt), the primary duty is assisting board-Certified behavior analysts (Bcbas) by implementing behavior support plans for toddlers, children, and teens, which includes teaching fundamental daily skills in a 1:1 setting. Responsibilities also involve accurate clinical data collection, administrative tasks, collaborating with team members, and debriefing caregivers after each session.

Requirements summary
