Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will assist board-Certified behavior analysts by implementing individualized behavior support plans for toddlers, children, and teens, focusing on teaching fundamental daily living skills. Responsibilities include providing direct 1:1 aba therapy, accurate data collection, preparing instructional materials, and debriefing caregivers after each session.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid registered behavior technician credential, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Essential requirements include experience working with children or teens, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong english communication skills, and a commitment to following the behavior support plan as written.
