Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part Time

The registered behavior technician will assist board-Certified behavior analysts in implementing behavior support plans for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior challenges, teaching fundamental skills through direct 1:1 aba therapy. Responsibilities include accurate data collection, material preparation, caregiver debriefing, and adhering strictly to the written behavior support plan.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid registered behavior technician credential, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Essential requirements include experience working with children/Teens, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ethical practice.
