Community Support Facilitator

The community support facilitator provides support and leadership for consumers to participate in activities and receive services in community settings. Responsibilities include facilitating community participation and advocating for consumers.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience. A valid california driver's license and knowledge of community integration principles are also required.
