Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes providing 1:1 support, conducting therapeutic sessions, and maintaining data records.

Candidates must have an associate's degree and current certification as a registered behavior technician, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A deep understanding of aba principles and strong communication skills are also required.
