Clinical Care Assistant (CCA) Summer 2026

The clinical care assistant (Cca) provides direct patient care and performs unit activities while supervised by a registered nurse (Rn), ensuring adherence to all departmental standards, policies, and guest care guidelines. Responsibilities include organizing workload efficiently, assisting with patient admissions/Transfers/Discharges, transporting patients, and promptly documenting all care actions.

Applicants must be professional nursing students who have completed at least one semester of clinical experience and hold current cpr certification (Bcls), or obtain it within three months of hire. Required qualifications include enrollment in a state-Approved rn nursing school, completion of a minimum of one semester of basic theory/Skills check-Off, and one clinical rotation in an nln accredited school.
