Behavior Technician

The behavior technician/Registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing the individual support plan and the goals outlined by the bcba, ensuring all care is provided respectfully and in compliance with standards. This role involves working 1:1 with clients, reading and implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting healthy communication and behavioral skills.

Basic qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience working with children, along with comfort working independently across various settings and demonstrating competence in aba principles. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years in direct care human services, or active rbt certification.
