Clinician Case Mgr IHB

The outreach/Homebased clinical therapist provides therapeutic and case management services to children and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and collaborating with clinical staff.

Candidates must have a master’s degree in a relevant mental health discipline and at least one year of experience in evaluating and treating minors and their families. Professional registration or certification is also required.
