Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse

This part-Time role involves assisting the head coach in all facets of women's lacrosse, including instructing student-Athletes, recruiting prospective athletes, and managing administrative requirements set by the ncaa and ivy league conference. Major tasks include on-Field coaching during practices and matches, film analysis, data management, and assisting with day-To-Day team operations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with preferred experience playing and coaching at the division 1 collegiate level. Essential competencies include the ability to recruit within ncaa/Ivy league rules, excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong sport-Specific technical and tactical knowledge.
