Student-Athlete Development Coordinator

The coordinator will primarily support the holistic development of student-Athletes, focusing on the day-To-Day operations of academic support systems, including facilitating the athletics tutor and academic coaching programs. This role also involves contributing to leadership programming and divisional initiatives to enhance the overall student-Athlete experience.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with 2-4 years of prior experience in a collegiate athletics department, preferably within student-Athlete services or academic support. Candidates must demonstrate strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and possess knowledge of ncaa and ivy league rules and regulations.
