Assistant Coach, Men's Ice Hockey

The assistant coach assists the head coach with significant responsibilities in practice planning, game strategy, and player mentorship, focusing heavily on individual player development. This role also serves as a direct line of communication between the head coach and the athletes.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level, along with a strong knowledge of the sport and player development. Essential competencies include understanding rules, ncaa compliance, skill development, recruiting, and maintaining safe training practices.
