Middle School Girls' Volleyball Head Coach

The head coach is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, age-Appropriate volleyball program, which includes planning and conducting engaging practice sessions to enhance skills and team dynamics. Key duties also involve analyzing opponents, developing game strategies, instilling sportsmanship, and fostering a positive team culture.

Candidates must possess previous coaching experience, preferably at the middle or high school level, along with strong knowledge of volleyball strategies, techniques, and rules. A critical requirement is professing a strong christian faith aligned with the school's statement of faith and demonstrating a commitment to christian education.
