Requirements summary

Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years old and demonstrate emotional maturity and judgment, along with the ability to pass a swim test including required strokes and treading water for two minutes. Required certifications include hcp, first aid, lifeguard or aquatic safety assistant within 90 days, and current swim lesson or water exercise certification.
