Special Education Teacher

The special educator will develop, implement, and monitor individualized lesson plans and iep goals using data-Driven strategies while assessing student needs across academic, functional, and social-Emotional domains. Key duties include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, implementing behavior intervention plans, and actively participating in iep meetings and parent conferences.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in special education or a related field and hold current certification as a special education teacher from the department of education. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver students using mobility devices.
