Certified Personal Trainer

This role involves providing structured and personalized exercise to ymca members and participants under the supervision of the director of wellness. The personal trainer must support the ymca’s mission by building genuine relationships with clients, members, and relevant staff.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a current personal training certificate (Nasm, ace, acsm, or equivalent), and hold current cpr/Aed and first aid certificates. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and 1 year in customer service is required.
