The coordinator will work with east bay families to identify and implement services, resources, advocacy, education, or skills needed to achieve their goals using the wraparound services model. Key tasks include learning and utilizing the wraparound model principles, working with a team to meet families in their homes and communities, and coordinating services with various external providers.

Requirements summary

A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, along with experience in child welfare, parent education, home-Based services, and/Or crisis intervention. Candidates must possess effective communication skills, independent problem-Solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license for required travel throughout the east bay.
