Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist

The rehabilitation specialist will teach social skills, coping skills, and independent living skills to individuals with chronic mental illness through one-On-One services, group leadership, and community outings. Additional duties include attending progress meetings, cooking lunches, and providing client transportation to and from the center.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with mental health disorders or in human services/Recreation therapy. A valid california driver's license with a satisfactory record and eligibility for auto insurance coverage are also mandatory.
