Behavior Technician *PAID TRAINING & RBT CERTIFICATION*

The behavior technician will teach children diagnosed with autism meaningful skills such as communication, socialization, self-Care, and school readiness while working closely with teachers, parents, and clinical specialists. This role includes becoming a registered behavior technician (Rbt) through a paid training program.

Applicants must share the company's values, believe in the capability of children, and demonstrate experience working with children through work, study, or volunteering. Requirements include proof of high school graduation, reliable transportation, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with health and safety checks.
