Master's Graduate - School - Community Based Clinician

Clinical trainees will work directly in partner schools within the moundsview, white bear lake, and st paul districts, engaging with students, parents, and other invested parties in the child's life. Responsibilities include maintaining timely and accurate clinical charting, managing a caseload to meet billable time weekly, and participating in necessary meetings with internal and external partners.

Candidates must possess a master's degree or other graduate/Doctoral degree in a mental health-Related field and ideally be a recent graduate. Required abilities include knowledge of family systems, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with ehr/Microsoft systems.
