Key duties involve demonstrating proficiency in preparing patients, setting up ekg equipment, recording wave patterns, calculating heart rates, interpreting rhythms, and applying holter monitors.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience as an ekg technician and between three to five years of teaching experience, preferably in a classroom or synchronous setting. A teaching certification is preferred, and all instructors must adhere to the weekly class schedule.
