The speech language pathologist provides inpatient and/Or outpatient speech language pathology services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plan development, and education to patients and caregivers. Responsibilities also involve communicating with multidisciplinary teams, assessing diet texture/Liquid viscosity, and ensuring accurate documentation and charge submission.
Requirements summary
Minimum qualifications require a master's degree in speech language pathology, an arkansas state license, and asha certificate of clinical competence (Or eligibility). Candidates must also obtain bls certification within 30 days of starting the role.
