Clinical Educator- Quality Assurance & Safety

The clinical educator plans, coordinates, and provides clinical education and professional development for clinical staff across programs, serving as an education specialist for orientation, training, and competency assessment. This role involves establishing collaborative relationships, promoting professional standards, and integrating clinical practice with informatics and technology systems.

Required qualifications include three to five years of healthcare experience, with a bachelor's degree preferred, though experience can substitute for education year-For-Year. A current rn or pt license valid in vt and nh is required, and two years of home health care experience is preferred.
