Instructional Design Analyst II - IS Training, Hybrid

This role serves as an expert in training the use of information technology in healthcare settings, supporting the design, creation, and maintenance of training curriculum and associated processes for specific applications or careers. Responsibilities include developing educational materials, leading training sessions (1:1, small, and eventually large groups), and providing weekly remote and in-Person support to users.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience, or equivalent, including at least five years working in healthcare, training, or informatics (3 years if holding a master's). Required qualifications include education/Experience in instructional design, curriculum delivery, adult education, teaching, or clinical experience, plus maintaining epic certification/Proficiency if applicable.
