Instructional Design Analyst - Hybrid

This role serves as an expert in training the use of information technology in healthcare settings, supporting the design, creation, and maintenance of training curriculum and associated processes for specific applications or areas, particularly related to the ehr. Responsibilities include assessing, training, and supporting staff across the care continuum in using clinical technologies to improve patient care and productivity, alongside providing project management support.

A bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience or the equivalent is preferred, requiring a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, training, or informatics. Preferred qualifications include education/Experience in instructional design, adult education, or clinical experience, and experience or certification with epic applications is highly desirable or required within 12 months.
