Professional Development Nurse (RN) Programs - Nursing Education, Days

This role involves coordinating and implementing central onboarding, nurse residency programs, and orientation for various nursing staff, while also managing competencies for new employees and working with leaders on yearly competency programs. The nurse educator will develop, implement, and evaluate education programs related to orientation, competency, and continuing nursing education, integrating technology and supporting role transition programs.

Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program, holding a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a non-Nursing bachelor’s degree combined with an associate’s degree in nursing and matriculation into a master’s in nursing program. A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the identified specialty is required, along with an active licensed registered nurse license with nh eligibility and a basic life support certificate.
