Employment Training Specilaist

The specialist will assess individual skills, develop career pathways, and assist individuals with job searching, interviewing, and workplace integration by providing on-The-Job support and teaching necessary skills. Responsibilities also include collaborating with various teams and advocating for the rights and inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities in the workforce.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role. A mandatory requirement is having one's own vehicle to transport individuals within the community.
