Afterschool Instructor

The instructor will develop project-Based lessons aligned with program goals, submit weekly lesson plans, and communicate student progress to parents. They will lead enrichment and/Or academic lessons for groups of 17-20 students, provide homework assistance, and maintain a safe learning environment.

Candidates must complete 48 college semester units or pass the instructional aid exam, and must have a clear tb test and pass an fbi/Doj background check. Preferred qualifications include two years of teaching or tutoring experience, especially with elementary students from diverse populations, and experience with virtual teaching methods.
