Youth Development Associate - Alcoa First Baptist

The youth development associate will be responsible for planning and leading hands-On activities, encouraging full participation, and ensuring the safety and supervision of program members, including meal provision and mild disciplinary action.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with 1-2 years of youth experience preferred, and must pass required criminal background checks and drug screenings.
