Summer Club Counselor - Alcoa Club

Counselors will be responsible for designing and leading various activities such as tutoring, technology, games, health, recreation, and arts and crafts for youth of all ages while ensuring their safety. They must also develop and follow weekly lesson plans and promote program participation to foster youth development.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have experience working with children, along with knowledge of youth development principles. Required qualifications include the ability to manage behavior, plan programs, be flexible, and hold current cpr and first aid certifications.
