Pediatric Speech Therapist, Early Support for Infants & Toddlers Program (Full-Time) - Eligible for Hiring Bonus!

Responsibilities include participating in multi-Disciplinary teams to conduct family-Centered screenings, evaluations, and assessments to inform eligibility and contribute to reports. The role involves coaching caregivers in the home or via telehealth using a coaching model that promotes health and development, and collaborating on the individualized family service plan (Ifsp).

Candidates must possess a degree in speech and hearing sciences or a related field and must have or obtain a speech-Language pathologist (Slp) license in washington state, along with asha certification. Required qualifications also include current cpr/First aid certification, strong communication and listening skills, organizational ability, and access to reliable personal transportation.
