Teachers Aide

The teacher aide will assist classroom teachers with delivering instruction, providing one-On-One or small group support to students, and helping organize classroom resources and technology. Responsibilities also include supervising students in various school settings and helping implement individual support plans for students with unique learning needs.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though college coursework in education or related fields is preferred. Candidates should possess the ability to follow direction, adapt to a dynamic environment, and work collaboratively, with prior experience working with children or in a school setting being advantageous.
