Child Development Assistant

The assistant will collaborate with teachers to implement the chosen curriculum, focusing on child-Directed learning and play-Based practices that promote cognitive and emotional outcomes. Responsibilities also include providing a safe, nurturing environment and supporting continuous quality improvement through observation and professional practice.

Candidates must possess a current child development associate (Cda) credential or at least 12 early childhood education (Ece) credits, supplemented by four years of experience if the cda is not held. A minimum of two years of experience working with children is required, along with knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice and effective communication skills.
