Child Development Aide

The child development aide assists teachers by supporting the developmental needs of children from birth to kindergarten through daily classroom activities in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include implementing age-Appropriate activities, supporting the whole child, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting with daily routines like feeding and diapering.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and possess effective oral and written communication skills to collaborate with families and coworkers. Candidates must be able to work independently, as part of a team, and accommodate potential scheduling adjustments including holidays and weekends.
