Clinical Nurse Instructor

This role involves teaching professional practice by planning, developing, and delivering clinical education programs for nursing and allied health students, ensuring supervised clinical experiences and identifying guidance needs for students and staff. The instructor must supervise clinical activities, critically assess the curriculum, promote critical thinking, and act as a role model for clinical practice.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing, current state rn licensure, and bls certification, along with three to five years of nursing work experience. Required competencies include excellent presentation, facilitation, computer technology skills, strong organization, communication, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
