Core responsibilities
The new graduate rn resident will provide direct patient care across various specialty areas including acute care, critical care, nicu, labor & delivery, and emergency department. Support and training, including lectures, simulation, and clinical experience with preceptors, continue throughout the first year.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be rn new graduates with less than 12 months of rn experience and must obtain a temporary or permanent rn license by the start/Hire date. Basic computer skills and a strong work ethic are required, while previous patient care experience is preferred.
