Support Work & Independence – Become a Vocational Direct Support Professional / DSP at Monarch NC

The developmental specialist vocational is primarily responsible for building positive relationships with individuals supported, assisting them in achieving personal dreams and goals outlined in their individual plans. This includes assessing hopes and desires, ensuring rights are protected, and providing supports in various settings like community or vocational workshops.

A high school diploma is required for this role, along with a valid us driver's license. Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/Or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
