Support Work & Independence – Become a Vocational Direct Support Professional / DSP at Monarch NC

The developmental specialist vocational is primarily responsible for building positive relationships with individuals supported, assisting them in achieving personal dreams and goals outlined in their individual goal plans. This involves assessing hopes and desires, ensuring rights are protected, and providing supports in various settings including vocational workshops and community environments.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a valid us driver's license, with experience working with adults with mental health diagnoses and/Or developmental disabilities being preferred but not required. The role involves implementing plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to all agency and regulatory policies.
