Autism ABA Therapist (RBT) - Falls Road, Baltimore MD

The registered behavior technician will provide 1-On-1 direct care to children with autism in various settings, teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments. Responsibilities also include implementing therapy sessions designed by a bcba and accurately collecting behavior data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for an associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area, and must be comfortable working with children. Applicants need reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, along with a commitment to passing the rbt exam within 90 days of hire.
