After School Program Leader Substitute

The role involves facilitating and implementing after-School program activities, providing instruction to elementary school students, and ensuring their supervision under the direction of the expanded learning site supervisor. Responsibilities include delivering engaging, hands-On learning activities, maintaining classroom management, and handling required administrative tasks like attendance logging.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with either a minimum of 48 college semester units or passing the nclb test. Essential qualities include strong classroom management, youth engagement abilities, dependability, and positive communication skills, with previous experience working with elementary-Aged youth being highly preferred.
