Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collect data according to the treatment plan, and address problem behaviors using positive support techniques. Responsibilities also include assisting with caregiver support, maintaining punctuality, and submitting required documentation promptly.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and be at least 18 years old, with a minimum of 6 months of experience or exposure working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Availability for afternoon and evening shifts (Around 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm) is required, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
