Youth Sports Instructor- Community Youth

The instructor will conduct ymca program instruction according to standards, incorporating character development objectives to reinforce ymca values like caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Responsibilities also include providing a safe and enjoyable learning environment, evaluating skills, completing progress reports, and communicating effectively with parents.

Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years old and possess excellent knowledge of instructing within the specific program area. The role requires the ability to perform activities demanding sustained concentration and attention.
