Seasonal Youth Mentor - Full Time - Before/After School Enrichment

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn while maintaining control and building self-Esteem, implementing and planning developmentally appropriate curriculum using positive reinforcement. The role also requires conducting and recording weekly child observations and communicating progress to parents while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must have achieved a degree from an accredited college or university in an education or human services related field, along with a minimum of two years (2500 hours) of verified childcare experience. Applicants must also be passionate about working with children and capable of passing all relevant clearances and ongoing training.
