Seasonal Assistant Youth Mentor - Full Time - Before/After School Enrichment

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways for children to learn while maintaining control of environments that build self-Esteem, and implementing child-Centered curriculum, potentially overseeing classroom staff. The role also requires providing quality adult/Child interactions using positive feedback and managing behavior through positive reinforcement techniques.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be enrolled in 2+ years of child development coursework, along with a minimum of two years of verified childcare experience. Applicants must also be passionate about working with children, pass all relevant clearances, and complete required annual training.
