Seasonal Youth Mentor - Full Time - Before/After School Enrichment

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn while maintaining environmental control and planning and implementing child-Centered, developmentally appropriate curriculum using positive reinforcement. The role also requires conducting weekly child observations and communicating progress and concerns effectively and kindly with parents/Guardians while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must have achieved a degree from an accredited college or university in an education or human services related field, along with a minimum of two years (2500 hours) of verified childcare experience. Applicants must also be passionate about working with children in a fun, diverse setting and be able to pass all relevant clearances.
