Seasonal Assistant Youth Mentor - Full Time - Before/After School Enrichment

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn while maintaining control and building self-Esteem, implementing child-Centered curriculum, and providing quality adult/Child interactions. The role also involves utilizing positive reinforcement for behavior management and accurately maintaining various compliance and observation reports.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or be enrolled in 2+ years of child development coursework, along with a minimum of two years of verified childcare experience. Applicants must also pass all relevant clearances and commit to annual childcare-Related training.
