ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician

Primary responsibilities include implementing behavior management programs and applying behavioral techniques with an emphasis on prevention and behavior management. Technicians must also monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals and maintain confidentiality of records.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, adherence to ethical standards, and the ability to pass background checks and provide tuberculosis test results. A bachelor's degree in psychology or related field and experience with aba interventions are preferred.
