ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician

Primary responsibilities include implementing behavior management programs and applying behavioral techniques with an emphasis on prevention and behavior management. Technicians must also monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in the treatment plan.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adhere to ethical standards. Candidates must also pass a background check and provide evidence of a negative tuberculosis test.
