Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to young children with autism spectrum disorder in a clinic setting, implementing individualized plans and collecting progress data. Responsibilities also include supporting daily care tasks and maintaining a safe, organized environment while encouraging positive behavior.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification in good standing with the bacb and pass a clear background check, with a preference for prior experience working with children aged 2–6. The role requires physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs and emotional readiness to manage challenging behaviors professionally.
