Core responsibilities
The practicum student will gain hands-On experience and high-Quality supervision while working with diverse clients to develop clinical skills on the path to becoming a bcba. Responsibilities include adhering to abs protocols and the bacb code of ethics, completing assigned tasks, and participating in daily supervision and specialized training.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be actively enrolled in a master's or doctoral program in aba, psychology, or education, and be prepared to fulfill bacb coursework requirements. Essential qualifications include being at least 18 years old, possessing a high school diploma or ged, passing a background check, and being physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and managing challenging behaviors.
