Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by the supervising bcba, delivering one-On-One services in home, school, and community environments while maintaining clinical fidelity. Responsibilities include using evidence-Based teaching strategies, collecting accurate data, and communicating progress to the clinical team.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification through the bacb and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities and reliable transportation are preferred.
